I'm not exactly sure about the 136 and 141 codes, but the 171 and 174 are symptomatic of a known problem with Windstar 3.8 litre engines.
Those codes combined with rough idle are prime indicators of a leaking upper intake manifold involving worn out "isolator bolts".

You probably have a vacuum leak. Check under the hood for a disconnected vacuum hose.
Check out the mass air flow, probably dirty, clean VERY CAREFULLY with electrical contact cleaner or replace it if you feel wealthy. DON"T BREAK THE WIRE, DON"T USE A CLEANER THAT LEAVES A DEPOSIT ON THE WIRE. Both codes together lead to this but more diagnostics would't hurt. Try cleaning it first, a bottle of spray is about $5.00 (cheap starting point).
