There is a VERY small population of dragons still living...they often look for people to teach, a couple hundred humans per generation...anyway, they scout around for a good place to live fairly undisturbed...they don't live in clans or meet with others often anymore because of us almost killing them off in the Middle Ages, except when meeting in Council (but that's a whole different matter). They stay away from the US because of overpopulation, but live in Europe and northern Canada, along with some parts of Asia.
