I have a 2000 Dodge Neon myself. The owner's manual specifies ethylene glycol antifreeze. The capacity is 6.0 quarts (6.5 if you count the reservoir where you add the fluid).
On a first generation Neon (95-99) The coolant reservoir is located at the back of the engine on the passenger side. It should have a square yellow cap.
R12-if it has ac of course.
stuttering???? add more detail to your question
It's on the front drivers side of the engine area. It's actually inside the fender and has a "tube" where you add washer fluid.
You add it at the same place you check it, unless it is a sealed for life unit.
The Dodge Sprinter did not come out until 2002. The heater is an add on option that is installed in a freeze plug on the passenger side of the block.
Pop open the hood look for a cap at the top of the engine that says engine oil open it then add the recommened oil probably something like 10w 30. If that's to hard take it to nearest jiffy lube. Good luck
Add 1/2 quart at a time until in safe zone.
Add fuel, and crank.
When the engine is cold you can add to either the radiator or the coolant recovery bottle.
I owned a 1995 neon sc with manual transmission. You don't add transmission fluid like you would a automatic. In fact, the type of fluid my neon required, could only be obtained through the dealer.
