apparently on the bonnet release catch under the bonnet, there are two bolts sticking out and you are apparently meant to clip battery charger to those but i am not sure which way around they go.

There are two places for fuses on the Citroen xsara Picasso the main ones are to the right of the steering wheel behind a little storage area just pull the recess out and the fuses are there the other is under the bonnet.
Locate the bulb holder under the bonnet, then turn the bulb by about a quarter and pull out. Replace with the same bulb (W5W 12V)
under the bonnet there is a black plastic cover on the gearbox side, it has a + symbol on it connect positive jumplead to that and other engine mount or other earth
There are 2 Fuse Boxes on the Citroen C3 one in the glove box and the other under the bonnet, next to the battery. The link has photos of both fuse box locations
the battery is not charged wethin the car , the battery is first taken out from the car and then it is charged............. You can get a charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter and back feeds to the battery. Takes a while to charge the battery that way.
there is a terminal block under bonnet on right hand side attach battery charger to it until key fob works
