Most emeralds, including the finest in the world, are mined in Colombia. Emeralds are also found in India, South Africa, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Zambia, and North Carolina.
The principal Emerald deposits are currently mined in Colombia, Brazil, and Zambia. Emeralds are mined throughout the world (Pakistan, Afghanistan, Russia, Australia, United States) but these are the three major sources.
Where Do Emeralds Come From?
"The finest Emeralds come from Muzo and Chivor, Colombia. Fine material has also come from Minas Gerais, Brazil and the Ural Mountains of Russia. Emeralds have also come from the Cobra and Somerset Mines in Transvaal, South Africa, and the Habatchal, Austria. In the U.S., the only significant Emerald deposits are in North Carolina. The most productive and famous locality there is Hiddenite, Alexander Co. Small amounts from North Carolina have also been found in Shelby, Cleveland Co.; Big Crabtree Mountain, Alexander Co.; and Franklin, Alexander Co" (Friedman 2003).
"Gem beryl is found nearly exclusively in hydrothermal veins, pegmatites, or at the contacts of larger igneous intrusions that invade aluminous schist, shale or impure limestone. The volatile fraction of the vein liquid or magma provides Be and the host rock the requisite Al" (University of Texas 1998). Emerald is usually found in hydrothermal veins, though occasionally can be found in pegmatites. In order for the Beryl to form with the dark green coloration of an Emerald, it must be infused with chromium impurities. This process occurs during crystalization and is a very rare occurence. The geological conditions must be just right, including having a source of chromium near the hydrothermal veins. Carbon is a large contributor to how deep the color is. "The scarcity of these emeralds can be comprehended when it is recognized that many of the fine emeralds are those that were found when Pizarro conquered Peru, centuries ago" (Shreve).

Emeralds form in hydrothermal veins when hydrothermal fluids escape from magma deep in the Earthâ??s crust. As the fluids cool in the veins, the crystals begin to form. The crystals form one molecule at a time.
Emeralds are found all over the world in countries such as Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Brazil,Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Tanzania, United States(US), Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
These gemstones are all found in the earth.
Columbia is known for its emeralds, which are mined and produced for the global markets and Columbia accounts for about 70% - 90% of the worlds market.

the value of stars + the value of emeralds = the value of star emeralds
They are found in underground mines. Emeralds are hard to find and the miners have a tough and dangerous job.

Not on water, no.

Emeralds are a form of the mineral Beryl and as such are related to Aquamarines and Morganite.
Sonic's hyper form. His super form is activated by using the 7 chaos emeralds, but his hyper form is activated by the super emeralds. (The chaos emeralds were enhanced by the master emerald and became super emeralds.)When in hyper form sonic flashes all the colors of the chaos emeralds.(Also sonic rpg eps 9 A.K.A the final episode in the series is coming out in march.its an online game.LOOK IT UP SOMETIME IN MARCH!!!!!!!!!!!
Natural emeralds occur in the earth around active volcanic regions. Magma seeps into the earth heating the rock, causing it to melt. If the heated rock has chromium and beryllium in it, when it cools emeralds can form.
The Sol Emeralds work the same way as the Chaos Emeralds, they allow Blaze to enter her super form for the final boss.
Pretty much like molten rock. I'm not sure that it's really possible to distinguish any "smell" characteristic of emeralds.
The Sol Emeralds are a different version of the Chaos Emeralds. They are basically the Chaos Emeralds from Blaze's world.

To answer your question, the Super Emeralds are stronger than the Chaos Emeralds. The Super Emeralds are featured in Sonic 3 & Knuckles which is Sonic & Knuckles with Sonic 3 Locked On in original Sega Genesis format. Capturing the 7 Chaos Emeralds in that game with Sonic or Knuckles would turn either of them to their "Super" Form, whereas they would do nothing for Tails. Crossing over into the Sonic & Knuckles side of the game from the Sonic 3 portion with all 7 Chaos Emeralds in hand allows you to attain the Super Emeralds which are the enhanced versions of the Chaos Emeralds, powered up by the power of the Master Emerald. Attaining all 7 of the Super Emeralds with Sonic or Knuckles will allow either of them to change to their "Hyper" Form whereas Tails becomes "Super Tails" and has some of the animals saved from Robotnik in super form as well helping him. Therefore the Super Emeralds must be Stronger than the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic and Knuckles' Hyper Forms include increased speed over their Super Forms, as well as them glowing a ranges of colors other than just the golden glow they have in their Super modes. Sonic's Hyper mode also gives him an air dash which he can use in any direction when he jumps. Does that hell?
sure why not??
You don't get the emeralds.
Eugene Emeralds was created in 1955.
No, emeralds are not going to dissolve in water.
