Hi,
The Blower Motor Resistor pack is mounted right next to the blower motor.
You have to remove the insulator panel from the passenger side floor board area to get to the blower motor and the resistor pack. Once you have that off, the resistors and blower motor are near the firewall, and can be removed by taking out the screws that hold them in place. I believe there are 3 or 4 screws that hold the motor and 2 screws for the resistor pack.
There should be a "Related Link" at the left of this answer that will give you more details.
The blower motor speed resistor is burned out. You can replace only the resistor but the resistor probably burned out because the blower motor is going bad. If you want to fix it for good, replace both the blower motor and blower motor speed resistor.
The blower resistor is located under the dash, near the floor, on the passenger side of the vehicle. I had to replace the resistor about a year ago. It is not an easy place to work in. You have to remove the blower unit in order to get at the resistor. Not fun, but rewarding when you actually do it yourself.
You need to replace blower motor resistor.
