First, do you have the owner's manual? I suspect not if you are asking. On the left accessory arm on the steering column, the head light(s) switch (rotate knob) is the outer most control when turned. The dash light switch is the next switch on the same accessory arm but is more or less a flat fin that rotates. This is the same switch that controls the inside cabin lights. If this is not working, I would check the fuses and light bulbs (behind the dash).
