Get you a flashlight. Go to the passenger side wheel well. Lift that flap up, have someone hold it for you. Reach in there and move that big ground strap to one side. You will see a 5/8" tall, hollow plastic tube sticking out of the firewall with nut flats on it. It looks like it is bolting the bottom of the blower box to the firewall. Water comes out through here.
