Should be right under the back seat. Pulle the bottom of the seat out via the little plastic pull tabs on the front of the seat then in the middle of the floor board you should see a reound disk. Remove the 3 screws that hold the disk and lift out the fuel pump. Make sure you put on a new sock when you change out the pump and change the fuel filter under the hood as well. The Prizm is one of the easiest fuel pumps i have ever changed in my life so it should be easy once you get it found.
