To the right of the trans tunnel under the glove box. You have to remove the lower dash panel and glove box to get to it. Also, be sure to drain the system of coolant and disconnect the hoses below the blower motor before attempting to remove the heater core. The fuse block on all versions of the Chevy Celebrity have the fuse block on the bottom of the dash to the right of the steering column.
The PCV valve on a 1987 - 1990 Chevy Celebrity is in the top center of the valve cover nearest the firewall.
The fuel pump is in the fuel tank.
Drain the water from your 1990 Chevy Corsica cooling system. Remove the heater core water supply hoses. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
As much as this sucks you have to take out the dash and it is located on the right side behine a little box.
On a 1987 to 1990 Celebrity with 2.8/3.1L engine the crankshaft position sensor is on the side of the block beneath the exhaust manifold on the firewall side of the engine.
