The door light switch are inside the door locks compartment. If your having problem with the dome lights staying on. Spray WD-40 on all the door locks this will fix the problem. I had the same problem on my 98 Ford Expedition XLT did the WD-40 trick about 3 years ago and still no problems.

Just to the right of your headlight switch on your dash , is a gauge lighting dimmer wheel switch . Check to see if that has been rotated all the way up. If it has , that turns on the courtesy lights when the doors are closed If you also get a door ajar warning light in your gauge cluster , you probably have a sticking door ajar switch . The door ajar switches are inside the doors , on the backside of the latching mechanism .
Hey Dude: You can turn your dome light off in your van by turning your headlight switch (or dimmer switch ) all the way to the right. Left turns on your dome light, so go the opposite all the way till it clicks. It will now stay off when your door opens. .
