Try the rear side of the radiator approx. 1/3 down from the top
Most of the times it is in the bottom water hose if not it will be at the bottom of the radiator that is where the water temperature is at the highest.
The power for the radiator fan comes through the fuse, the sensor, and the relay. The location of lost power could be at any of these places.
When the radiator fan relay fails on a vehicle, it can quickly overheat due to the lack of cooling. The fan is designed to kick on at specific temperatures controlled by the relay.

It is under the front bumper fascia, in front of the radiator.

The radiator fan sensor switch or the radiator fan motor are at fault (maybe even both). Wire the fan motor direct to see if it will run, if it does, replace the sensor switch. If the fan motor doesn't run, replace the fan motor before you buy a new sensor. If after replacing the fan motor, the fan still doesn't run, then replace the sensor.
The engine temperature sensor is located next to where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine. Probably a temp sensor for your fan(s).
The engine computer uses the signal from the coolant temperature sensor to decide when to activate the radiator fan relay.
Problem with the temp sensor.
It is near to where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine.
Check your radiator fan switch and your fan switch coolant sensor .
Blown fuse, defective thermal relay, or bad fan motor.
It is on the bottom side or it is the line holes on the front.
