Stoplight switch is located behind the brake pedal,if your brake lights are staying on ,it might not be the $20 switch,and more likely a $1.98 plastic grommet that's rather grumpy to install. By the way the cruisecontrol cancel looks just like the brake light switch & is right next to it.
