In underhood fuse box by your brake booster. Ford has free owners manuals online so you can see the relay number/location. There are about 3-4 in there the same size. It's one of those. CAREFUL-Do not pull the wrong one or you may activate pats security system or clear your KAm (computer) by mistake. One of them in there is for ECU.
