The fuel pump relay can be found in one of two places on '86 EFI Broncos (due to non-standard wiring stemming from the fact that EFI was a new concept in 1986). Look for it either on or near the driver side fender well (look for green socket connector), or on the passenger side fender well next to the EEC relay. Hope that helps a bit as vague as it is!
It should be on the driver side fender. There's two fuse boxes one is smaller than the other. Its about 2"x6" the fuse is in it.
The relay is in the engine compartment, under a black plastic cover on the inner fender on the driver's side near the power brake booster.
The starter relay is on the driver's side fender behind the battery.

It must be in the fuse/relay box in the engine compartment next to the driver's side fender.
There is an ac relay on the grand caravan. It is mounted on the inside of the driver side fender.
It is on the top of the driver side fender well, there are 3-5 relays in a row they are black with metal relay on bottom side email me and ill send picture, it should be the second relay from the front of vehicle
It is attached in the engine on the driver side wheel well, retangular black box about 2 inch wide and 6 inches long
It's on the driver's side fender, a little bit behind to the rear of the overflow tank. There are two rectangular black boxes attached to the fender. They are covers for relays. It's under one of those.
