The starter on a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera is located on the driver's side of the engine towards the bottom of the engine. It is behind the crankshaft sensor and the fusible links.
The "mass air flow" sensor would be located in the snorkel between the air filter box and the throttle body.
I've looked also and have yet to find it, service manual doesn't say specifically that it has one. Having just spent a Saturday looking for it I don't think it exists. My problem came down to the MAF sensor.
