bank one is where the number 1 cylinder is sensor 1 is before the cat and sensor 2 is after the cat

Inside the exhaust. there are two on each side.
on cylinder 1 side mounted on the manifold
It is behind the engine, after the catalyst.
Bank 1 sensor 3 should be the one after the catalytic converter.
It's the sensor after the cat on the passenger side
It's on the back of the engine, left side. (O2 rear sensor)
Bank # 2 is the drivers side of the engine Sensor # 1 is in the exhaust before the catalytic converter
Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine in a Ford Expedition Sensor 2 is after the catalytic converter ( downstream )
Sensor 2 is the one after the catalytic converter. Located strait down under intake.
Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine in a Ford Explorer Sensor 1 would be somewhere in the exhaust before the catalytic converter ( upstream )
bank 1 is the passenger side of the engine sensor 2 is after the exhaust has passed through the catalytic converter ( downstream )
