I don't own one, but here are general locations that should apply.
The plug will be on the bottom of the oil pan, which is at the bottom of the engine. You may or may not have to remove the 'belly' pan to get at it, which is just a piece of plastic to help keep your engine clean and improve aerodynamics.
The oil filter is normally located on the side of the engine.
You can find the 2007 Mercedes-Benz air filter in the engine compartment. The air filter will be inside of the air filter box, on top of the engine.

it is located below the oil filter, and points towards the passenger side. it takes a 13mm socket or wrech to remove.
the cabin air filter is located up and under the passengers side of the dash, you will need to remove the underdash cover panel, then you will be able to see the black cover for the cabin filter

To change the oil on a 2007 Passat 3.6 liter engine first safely raise the vehicle and drain all the oil from the oil pan by removing the drain bolt. Install the drain bolt, and remove the oil filter. Replace the filter and oil. Then lower the vehicle.
Most of the oil is in the pan, not the filter.
