'I have been through this on my 94 Altima, and let me warn you, it's not a walk in the park by any stretch of the imagination. The PCV valve is located beneath the intake manifold on the right (passenger) side. It threads into the breather separator and points toward the center of the car. To remove it, you'll have to remove the Idle Air Control valve located on the end of the manifold log. Be aware that you'll have to do at least part of this task underneath the car, and that the IAC valve has antifreeze circulating through it (I found this out the HARD way!!!!!). It also might help to unbolt the breather separator from the head. If you can afford it, pay a mechanic if it really needs to be done.

I had the same question. Seems it does not have a PCV valve.
The EGR valve in a 1997 Nissan Altima is located at the top of the motor in a position near the firewall. The EGR valve is held in place by a vacuum line and 2 nuts.
Location of solenoid
There isn't one.
The 2005 Nissan air conditioning compressor expansion valve is located on the bottom of the compressor. The expansion valve should be labeled as such.
The idle air control valve on a 05 Nissan Altima is located on the vehicle power pin. In order to check it, you will need to connect an OHM meter.
First you have to pop the hood, then look for the EGR valve. Once it is located, remove it and replace it with the new one. When finished, close the hood and you're good to go.
