It is inside the air intake with the air filter.
The 1999 Chevy Geo Metro 1.0 liter engine PCV valve can be found on top of the engine. The PCV valve will be behind the air cleaner housing.

It's either in the intake or in a hose between the intake and valve cover.
The pcv valve on my 94 1.0L is located on the intake manifold, top, center, close to the block. for later models however it is in a hose between the valve cover and the intake manifold; in an 11 o'clock direction from the oil filler cap and in front of the air filter housing
the PVC vlave is located in a hole on the top of the valve cover next to the oil fill cap.
