Okay, the PCV Valve. Open the hood. Look at the top of the engine, you'll see the Vortec valve cover. Look closer to the firewall. You will see on the driver's side, almost on the very very back of the block, almost in line with the spark plugs (4 black housings plugged into the block that have wires coming out of them, they are in a line from front of engine to back of engine) behind all the spark plugs, there is a hose that plugs in to the block itself. The hose is about 1" in diameter. That hose connects to the pcv valve. To remove that hose and expose the valve, just pull. May need some firmness, but there should be no clip or clamp to hold the hose.
