behind the bumper in font of the radiator at the bottom if you have bumped in to anything feel around in th bottom of the bumper it is probably hanging by the wires
Generally on the dash above the radio, or if you have a overhead console it could be there!
The overhead switch is probably turned off.
There are two sets of switchbanks located in the front of the vehicle. The switches will vary with the options that are on your vehicle.I don't know which one you refer to as bank 1 but the instrument panel switchbank is located in the instrument panel below the comfort controls. The overhead console switchbank is located in the overhead console.
I googled "04 Dodge Ram Manual" and downloaded the service manual from one of the links, which is different than the owners manual. The service manual is 2000+ pages long....here's what is says about the overhead console removal procedure....REMOVAL OVERHEAD CONSOLE REMOVAL (1) Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. (2) Remove the overhead console retaining screws, located in the sunglass storage bin. (3) Using your fingertips, grasp the sides of the overhead console and pull straight down evenly to disengage the two snap clips at the front of the unit. (4) Lower the overhead console far enough to access the wire harness connectors. (5) Disconnect the EVIC, CMTC electronic module and the reading/courtesy lamps electrical connectors. (6) Remove the overhead console from the vehicle. INSTALLATION (1) Position the overhead console in the vehicle. (2) Connect the EVIC, CMTC electronic module and the reading/courtesy lamps electrical connectors. (3) Grasp the sides of the overhead console and push straight up evenly to engage the two snap clips at the rear of the unit. (4) Install the overhead console retaining screw, located in the front of console. Torque the screw to 1.2 N·m (10 in. lbs.). (5) Connect the negative battery cable. The temp sensor is located behind the bumper, below and to the left of the driver's side headlight.

# Disconnect and isolate the remote negative battery cable. # Remove the overhead console retaining screw, located in the front of console near the windshield. # Using your fingertips, grasp the sides of the overhead console and pull straight down evenly to disengage the two snap clips at the rear of the unit. # Lower the overhead console far enough to access the wire harness connectors. # Disconnect the control module, courtesy lamps and if equipped, the power sunroof switch electrical connectors. # Remove the overhead console assembly from the vehicle.
The outside temp sensor is located on the passenger side of grille by radiator
Turn the door switch located at the front of the overhead console to off.
On the '98 GC, the outside temperature sensor is located behind the grille/fascia, at the bottom/front of the radiator, at the closure panel (plastic shroud) right about in the middle. The sensor plugs into a two-conductor pigtail split out from and spliced into a harness that runs along the bottom of the radiator closure panel, behind the grille/fascia.
The fuse box is on the passenger side righ on the bottom of the console. there is small door that says fuses
