This sometimes depends on the motor, but usually just follow the upper radiator hose to the motor. There will be a cast piece with two bolts, thermostat is inside. On the four-cylinder 2.5-liter one I had, it was undera pressure caps of sorts that was removeable. It looked sort of like the underside of a radiator cap, with a spring coming out the bottom. Six cylinders probably were different.
