Not all vehicles come from the factory with an engine block heater, chances are yours did not. Call your dealer where you purchased your vehicle. Or call your local Dodge dealer. If your vehicle has one, (most likely does not) your dealer will tell you where it is.

Block heaters are not a factory option, they must be installed by the owner. If you are the original owner, there is no block heater. If you see an electric cord hanging out of the front of the car, you might have a block heater, or a oil pan heater, or a battery charger. Follow the cord, and see where it goes. A block heater is a device for heating the coolant to keep the engine warm in cold weather. It is generally connected to the heater hoses, and can be mounted somewhere in the engine compartment, or just hanging from the hoses.
