On a '95 Dakota I think it's on the passenger side, the resistor pack for the different speed settings is in the firewall on the passenger side. I
had a blower that wasn't running so I temporarly tied all the resistor
points all together so it would at least run on high only. Then I got a new
resistor pack, very easy to replace.
