If you are referring to the cabin circulating fan - check the fuse to see if it has blown. If not, I would suspect the fan speed switch has gone bad. Lastly - the possibility that the fan motor has failed.
blower motor resistor---I'm about to replace mine and have replaced both my sister's Honda crv, and a buddy's Chevy Tahoe they all slowly lost one or more settings (high or low) and then eventually died
It's a 40 amp fuse in the fusebox under the hood, driver's side- one of the two center 40 amp fuses
If they both stopped working at the same time - check the fuse. Fuse # 20 in the underdash fuse panel.
how do you remove the wiper arms on a 2002 CRV?
In case you want to disconnect it you can just pull out the 7.5 daylight fuse under the dash. There is another fuse market 10 that does not need to be pulled.
I don't know if the fuse blocks underwent any changes between model years, but in my 2000 CR-V it is in the underdash fuse panel as Fuse #17. In the underhood fuse box there is a fuse/relay # 7 that also might be the one you're looking for. Hopefully you can find a copy of your owners manual, they are all shown in there.
In the under-hood fuse box - it is Fuse #8.
