It is located inside the duct just downstream from the evaporator core. Under the hood, on the driver's side of the plastic box, just below the chassis groundstrap connection, against the firewall. It has a large electrical connector plugged into it. Be sure you disconnect the battery, and don't let the resistor coils contact any metal once it's out. This would fry internal circuitry. In some instances (Utility model) you may have to cut the plastic in a NEAT square with a utility knife around the resistor and caulk the piece back in.
