I own a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country so this may not apply to you. The resistor is located inside the engine compartment, on the firewall, near the passengers side of vehicle. If you already have the new part then you know what to look for.
It is in the engine compartment just to the right and above the strut tower.
Tricky to remove, look at the new part to see how clips hold it in.

If you mean the blower only goes in the high mode check the blower resistor located in the plenum under the wiper module.
Blower motor resistors are usually located close to the blower motor.
The blower resistor is behind the glove box. It mounts to the HVAC housing.
Under the dash, far passenger side.
under the dash. if you can find the blower motor then it should be right above that

Under the hood, over top of the pass side strut tower.

It is located behind the window washer reservoir. Actually the blower resistor is behind the window washer reservoir. Sorry
