It does not have a carburetor.
A 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee uses DOT 3 fluid.

A 1994 Dodge Ram has no carburetor, it is fuel injected. You can quirt starter fluid in the air intake.
The fuel is not getting from the tank to the carburetor.
Directly into the carburetor throat (remove air cleaner).
Because your carburetor is not getting fuel to the engine - could be a plug in the fuel line or it could be dirt in the screen in the pick up tube in the carburetor. I would suggest you clean the carbutator.
You don't!
why cant i pick up fuel, it is all clean it will start when i spray starting fluid idel jets are wide open
It doesn't have a carburetor, it's fuel injected. Could be a faulty fuel pump. See if it will run briefly with a squirt of starting fluid to confirm it's not getting fuel.
is it carburated or throttle body injected? try putting a little gas in the carburetor or throttle body or if you have no gas try starting fluid but if you have gas in a jug use that because starting fluid is hard on the pistons and valves. and see if itll start
into the throttle body/ carburetor.
The transmission fluid capacity of a 1995 Jeep Cherokee is 8.5 quarts. When the fluid and filter are changed, only 4 quarts are needed.
There is no carb on that car because it is fuel injected. It's also a VERY bad idea to use starting fluid on a non diesel engine because it can create very high compression and blow the head gasket or snap a connecting rod.
If 1977 is not a miss print, then that means you have a carburetor that the chock is not closing when the engine is cold or the Accelerator pump is not working.
