It is on the firewall, drivers side, next to the vacuum brake booster. It is the small reservoir closest to the fender.
The clutch gets its fluid from the master brake cylinder reservoir. The master clutch cylinder sits just below the master brake cylinder reservoir and is fed fluid by gravity.

The clutch fluid reservoir is located on the firewall close to the brake master cylinder. You can visually see the level unless the reservoir is to dirty.
If you allowed the master/reservoir to drain empty while the line was disconnected or installed the master dry, you may have to remove the master and bench bleed it first. Always keep the reservoir full during the process.
