The clutch slave cylinder on a 91 Mazda 626 DX is located on the clutch bell housing. To replace the unit, first remove the hydraulic line and turn the line cap counterclockwise. Remove the two bolts holding the slave cylinder in place. Reverse directions to install new unit.
The slave cylinder for your hydraulic clutch is located inside the manual transmission bellhousing
there is no cable, it is a hydraulic system and you probably just need a new slave cylinder or a master cylinder. Both are easy to replace. it could be that you just need fluid in the resovior.....
First you need to find out if your slave cylinder is leaking clutch fliud.check lines to slave cylinder from master clutch cylinder if no leaks most likely master clutch cylinder bad.
there is no clutch cable. it has a hydraulic clutch. there will be a clutch master cylinder on the firewall near the brake M/C. a hydraulic hose will connect that to the clutch slave cylinder on or near the tranny. the slave cylinder pushes on a fork (lever) that disengages the clutch.
no it is hydraulic.dont know what your problem is but check clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder operation,if ok may just be a bad clutch
The slave cylinder for a hydraulic clutch is located inside the manual transmission bellhousing
Check for bad clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder.
dude that is a atupid questiobn.i have a 91 miata little suped up only thing wrong some times i gotta pump my clutch i have no clue wher my slave cylinder is. Alll you do is bleed it the same way you would your brake lines
It is located on the clutch slave cylinder. The slave cylinder is mounted on top of the transmission. Have someone push on the clutch cable and you will see movement on the cylinder.
1. Clutch fluid is brake fluid. 2. The fluid used for your clutch master/slave cylinders is pulled from your brake fluid reservoir.
There is air in the clutch hydraulic system. This can be because the Master or Slave is bad, low fluid level, or it was not completely bled after installing a Slave or Master. Usually this problem is caused by a bad clutch slave which has leaked out all of the fluid. Kyrasis6 Owner of Mazdatruckin.com
