On the bottom of the heater/air cond. plenum. Usually to the right of floor tunnel on the bulkhead(firewall)

Note that there are some years of Grand Cherokee that drain directly into the frame. Yes, they did that. It was a stupid design decision and those people responsible gave apologised and been given a bonus.
