The air went under wiper arms at the back of the hood.

The drain line for the cowl is stopped up or the windshield is leaking.
on the passenger's side of the firewall, just under the cowl.
To access the PCM, you need to remove the cowl. Once the cowl is off, you will see the PCM up in the far corner on the passenger side near the firewall
The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side of the cowl. After opening the hood, remove the windshield wipers and the black covering ( 2 small T-30 screws, and a few body grommets). After you remove the cowl there will be a grey accordion looking filter in the cowl, remove that and replace with the new filter.
The wiper motor is located under the cowl, (the black cover in between the hood and windshield) about center of the vehicle.

In 1955 Buick used a body tag and serial number method to record information about its vehicles. The body tag is located on the cowl upper panel, immediately in front of the right windshield wiper transmission. The serial number is on a plate located on the left front door hinge pillar.
I think it's on the passenger side. A lot of debris can get in there.
The cowl is located under the bottom of your windshield and under the hood where your windshield wipers are.
The blower motor is between the firewall, and the fender cowl located on the far right of the vehicle. This cowl will have to be removed (fender well)in order to gain access to the motor. Just remove the bolts toward the rear as the whole thing doesn't have to come off, but some of the hoses and accessories bolted down to the cowl might have to be removed for more flexibility.
In order to see the PCM, you will first need to remove the cowl from the vehicle. Once you have removed the cowl, the PCM is located on the passenger side, up at the top corner near the firewall.
