AnswerI was just working on mine! It appears to be located on the side wall of the engine compartment near the bottom of the radiator on the driver's side. It seems to be quite an unusual place. It has a 4 wire plug entering the wiring harness. The large green wire to the fan motors is the second wire. The power feed is the first wire and the two remaining wires appear to be inputs to the power input (white wire?). Rock auto lists for $38+. ?:-{ I will try a dealer to get it quickly but I expect more. It may be a solid state relay. I just replaced mine. I first removed the battery. Then removed the air filter housing, both upper and lower. The lower contains the air filter. I did not have to remove the headlight housing. If you look down below, about 18" down, you will see the relay mounted on the frame of the car, mine was held on by 2- 5/16" screws. I removed the screws and let it drop below the bumper, replaced relay, pulled it back up from above and put it back on frame and reversed the process. It took less than an hour and I bought the relay at AutoZone for $42.00. Hopes this helps.
