Door Code Location...
I actually found the door code behind the fuse box area (Driver Side) on my brother's 2000 Ford Expedition EB. There is a big white sticker with 5 numbers starting with number 1####. Hope this helps...
Each vehicle with keyless entry has it's own factory code
How do you find the factory set keyless entry code for a 2004 Eddie Bauer Explorer
The factory keyless entry code for a Ford Explorer is ( on a card that comes with the owners manual )
Every vehicle with keyless entry has it's own factory code
Each vehicle has its own factory code
Each vehicle has it's own factory keyless entry code
call a dealer near you about your problem
the factory door code is printed on the cars computer which is located behind the panel next to the hood release.
The factory keyless entry code can't be erased because you have to enter that code to make any changes to your personal code etc . The only way I can think of changing the factory code is to change the RAP module in the wheel jack storage compartment in your cargo area ( I'm not a mechanic / technician - just a guess )
Yes You can view the 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac owners manual online at : www . motorcraft service . com ( no spaces ) Click on Owner Guides ( keyless entry instructions start on page 65 , putting in a second personal entry code will erase the first personal entry code but not the factory code )
I have heard that it is on a sticker on the radio or in the glove box.
In a 1998 Ford Explorer : The RAP module ( Remote Anti-theft Personality module ) is used with your anti-theft system and your keyless remotes ( each vehicle with keyless entry has it's own factory code )
