It might be located in that space from below the dash down to the foot pedals. Open the cover panel on the driver's side. It's a small black box, maybe 2" high, with 5 contacts (I believe). You might try on the passenger side as well. The flasher is probably not in the fuse box. I am not sure with this model. from unitacx: If the car has a large 4-way flasher button, it's integral with the button's assembly. Sometimes the contacts erode or something of that sort. You can try to rebuild it, but you will probably end up buying a new one.
