Located on the driver side dashboard. Two metal cylindrical plugin units located deep under the dash above the steering column. One for the emergency flasher and the other for turn signals. If the emergency flasher works, it's the other one that doesn't click with the flasher turned on. If the E-flasher doesn't work, check fuses.
The key has a button which controls the locks on the doors, press once for drivers door and other doors, if key does not work check battery in key.

remove battery , and u will see starter just to left on top of transmission. unplug wire and unbolt 12mm not that holds other wire. then remove 2 ,14mm bolts and starter will come free
the spark plugs are located under the cover, you must unscrew the Lexus symbol and the 3 other screws at the bottom and the 3 of the spark plugs are in front top, the other 3, back top
Both the hazard flasher and signal flashers are located behind the drivers side kick panel, under the steering column. If you've found one, the other one will be very close to it. It's probably hidden behind something.
