The Lexus ES 300 is equipped with five flashers. There is a flasher on each corner of the vehicle. There is another flasher at the top of the rear window.

Located on the driver side dashboard. Two metal cylindrical plugin units located deep under the dash above the steering column. One for the emergency flasher and the other for turn signals. If the emergency flasher works, it's the other one that doesn't click with the flasher turned on. If the E-flasher doesn't work, check fuses.

Both the hazard flasher and signal flashers are located behind the drivers side kick panel, under the steering column. If you've found one, the other one will be very close to it. It's probably hidden behind something.

There are two places the flasher could be. The first is directly below the ignition switch and the other is under the steering wheel column.

I just replaced the timing belt on a 2003 Lexus ES300 at the Toyota dealership and paid hundreds less than what the Lexus dealership or other shops I got quotes from wanted. It was less than $400.00 for the timing belt only... I had them check the water pump which the other quotes included in their estimates and which I couldn't afford at this time. If the serpentine belt would have needed replaced, it would have been an additional $40.00. This was in Centennial, Colorado (close to Denver).
