flashers are located under the dash to the left of the ash tray. You will see two flashers and one relay. They are also below the radio too the right. You will need to remove the plastic cover to get under the dash. It has several screws to remove the black cover and you should be able to see the flashers & relay.

Replace the Flasher Relay as it is more than likely defective. Located in the front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on driver side of steering column.
