rear bumper 2 bolts on both sides from underneath and one on either side from in trunk.front bumper remove 4 headlight screws and take out headlights.one bolt per side in sideways under headlight.two bolts per side from underneath car holding front crossmember in place.17mm heads.do not remove the 13mm head bolt on either side this would cause front of engine to drop down.
The front bumper on a 1984 Corvette is held on by several mounting screws, bolts, and clips. There are bolts which hold it to the steel frame under the bumper which need to be removed. The mounting screws will also need to be removed. Once all the hardware is off gently lower the bumper pulling off any left over clips.

Oh yea I've got the bumper, lower air valance, and left and right mounting brackets. I don't have the bolts or anything, nor do I know how the brackets are supposed to mount. There should be screws that screw the bumper to to inside of the valance. When your looking at the front of the truck you see the outside of the valance, but the bumper is screwed in behind the valance and the bumper is attached to the mounting brackets on the frame of the truck.
The oil filter is under the splash guard between the oil pan and the front bumper.
Their are two sensors located directly behind the front bumper along side of its mounting brackets.
Loosen the mounting bolts, there should be four of them then place a jack under the bumper and jack the bumper up until straight or even then tighten the bolts.
Watch out for the front frame just behind the bumper. Plus the bumper and front sheet metal to frame mounting brackets. The boxed in front frame section tends to rust out bad.
