The front bumper on a 1984 Corvette is held on by several mounting screws, bolts, and clips. There are bolts which hold it to the steel frame under the bumper which need to be removed. The mounting screws will also need to be removed. Once all the hardware is off gently lower the bumper pulling off any left over clips.
