On all Harleys with disc brakes the front brake switch is located inside the right handlebar switchbox.
On the brake pedal assembly.
On the brake pedal.
It is mounted to the left of the brake pedal under the dash.
It is located under the drive side dash. The brake pedal mechanism presses against the switch when you press on.
The switch isn't repairable and should be replaced if bad. It's located on the bar where the brake pedal is attached.
There is no brake light relay. There is however a brake light switch located above the brake pedal.
The brake light switch may be bad or out of adjustment. The switch is located just above the brake pedal.
The brake light switch is located near the top of the brake pedal. When the pedal is depressed the switch is activated and sends current to the brake lights. To access the switch, the under dash panel needs to be removed.
Common issue...if the brake light swith is not working; the cruise control will not engage and your brake lights will not go on. replacing switch is easy and inexpensive...its located in the upper part of the brake pedal.
The speed sensor(s) are located behind the brake discs on the front end
Check your brake light switch located above the brake pedal. Check to make sure that the brake pedal rests against the switch. When the brake pedal is depressed than the lights should turn on, but when you let go of it, it should return up and meet with the switch.
