The 1991 Dodge Stealth fuel pump cutoff relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. You will find the relay switch on the drivers side of the engine compartment.
There is no fuse for the fuel pump just a fuel pump relay.

the 1995 BMW 318 i does not have a fuel cutoff it has a fuel relay. It is located on the right side of the hatch pull away cover, expose fuel relay to the left, then replace it.

They don't have a fuse but they do have a Fuel Pump Relay that's located on the driver side inner fender, it should be the 2nd relay that you come to.
I am working on this, soon as I know exactly, I will post it here, meantime, there is none listed in the wiring diagrams for this vehicle, but there is a 'automatic shutdown relay', and this is in the circuit for the fuel pump....and I am waiting on an answer from the dealer about a 'fuel cutoff relay' which should be a fuel pump relay......There is also a 'starter relay' that can effect the fuel pump juice possibly.... I'll get back to you....
