The fuel pump on a '93 s10 is located in the fuel tank. You must drop the fuel tank to gain access to the top of the tank. There is a ring that you must turn CC to remove the fuel pump module. This module has the pump, the fuel guage sending unit, and the pickup tube and strainer on it. Make sure you drain the fuel from it first, its much easier to handle on a floor jack empty.
