If the engine is a 5.4L then the spark plugs are underneath these long wire caps. They sit deep in the engine so be careful when changing you can easily get them crossthreaded. They don't have much thread that goes into the hole.

According to the owners manual there are 2 switches ( for left and right flip out windows ) in the front overhead console that have the word VENT on them
The fuel filter on the 1997 expedition is under the drivers side under- carrige. You will need a special tool to remove the filter. The special tool runs about 6 bucks and the filter around 10. Could be a tedious job but overall a easy.

The filter is about 6" directly behind the driver side front bumper. You access it through the wheel well. If you turn your steering wheel all the way to the right you can get to it very easily in front of the drivers side front tire....

The radiator drain plug is on passenger side of the radiator tank at the bottom. You can use pliers to loosen it. Be careful that it does NOT come out, only loosen it enough to drain the anti freeze.
