There are 2 locations in the 1997 Jeep wrangler for fuses.
One is behind the glove compartment (take off the strap)
the other is in the long black plastic box on the left side (you are facing the motor) up by the right fender. Check the fuses in both areas.
See your owners manual or a Haynes repair manual for the exact location (by place and number).
