There isn't one. The headlight switch has a circuit breaker built into it.
The headlights do not have a fuse, they have a circuit breaker that is built into the headlight switch.
The 1993 Chevrolet Blazer headlight fuses can be found in the fuse box. The exact location of the fuses will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.

Really....? Find the fuse in the fuse box (either in the interior fuse box or the one under the hood), pull the fuse out, see that it is blown, replace it WITH the SAME size fuse. If it keeps blowing there is a wiring issue.
