There are 3 fuse boxes. Main one that controls your lights and radio and such is located inside a panel as you open the driver side door. the Other one one is located inside the passenger side door. The 3rd one would be under the hood close to the firewall. It is a small black box. this one controls the horn and any other components needing more power.
Check your fuses for these devices. Or while under the dash you have accidentally unplugged them.
