See that huge long black thing under your console, with all the air vents and colored plastic vacum lines attahed. It's in there, on the passenger side. Yep, the whole darn thing has to come out. They claim the console doesn't have to be removed; you cut a section out by the glovebox, but don't believe it (if you have the convertable) There is steel bracing in the center console which will 'catch' it a you try and slide it out.
I replaced mine and only have 5 left over parts! Not bad for a rookie. Worst job I ever had.

If the blower is good then the problem is coolant. Something is stopping the warm coolant from the engine from reaching the heater core inside the car. This might be thermostat, heater control valve, blocked heater hose or a blocked heater core. I would suggest letting the car warm up and checking the heater hoses (2) by hand to see where the hot water stops. If there is no hot water at all it is probably a thermostat problem.
