Where is the heater on a 1992 Ford Aerostar and how do you replace it?

Well, I have 93 and I ended up installing one between the two bucket seats because it was so expensive to replace plus the autopart store had to order it. It is located on the right side above the glove compartment and covered by the "plastic" housing where the front passenger can almost touch it with his/her toes. May need specia tool to remove the two hoses coming from the engine. Good luck.
