there is no valve hot water flows though core all the time. there is a blend air door and actuator that is almost impossible to get to. center of dash under the console in heater box. you should try to calbrate system just remove the m1 fuse left side of dash under cover. or disconnect battery for10 minutes.
The cirrus does not use a heater valve. The cabin temperature is controlled with the an airflow controlling door inside the dash.

The heater temp blend valve is located behind the dash assembly. The dash assembly must be removed to gain access.
They are through the tops of the valve covers, remove the coils and access.
The solenoid pack is located on the top side of the valve body, in the transmission.
Code p1776 is solenoid switch valve latched in low/reverse position. Valve is located in valve body not solenoid body.
